Weekly Roundup 🍁

We have had lots of fun at Daycare this week! We loved meeting Frank and Reilly for their settle in sessions. It is a very sad good bye to Bruce who will be much missed.
We have a special Puppy 🐕open day on Saturday 20th September for anyone who would like to know more about the benefits of Daycare🐶

🐾 Our next breed specific play date is for Corgi’s on Saturday 27th September at 12pm! ☺️

📣Social club is combining our 10am and 11am groups once again week, we are looking forward to welcoming Aurora and her mum📣

🛁 We are on the look out for a groomer, if you or someone you know is interested please get in touch! 😁

Spa Membership 😊 is a great way to make sure your dog gets their regular grooming spot saved and helps you budget for the month.

Remember, that all the daycare dogs get 10% off grooming membership. We will also pop them over to the spa on when they are here, you don't even have to think about it.

The Spa is open Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm also drop them a follow 🔔

Why skip puppy pads? 🐶💭

Puppy pads can actually *slow down* toilet training.

(They can teach your dog it’s OK to toilet indoors, which only prolongs the process.)

Instead, try:

✅ taking your puppy outside every 45 minutes
✅ taking them out after meals, naps, or play
✅ gradually extending the time as they learn
✅ keeping (nighttime) trips outside all about the toilet - no playtime!

Watch for the signs they need to go, too - like:

🐾 sniffing/looking around
🐾 making lots of eye contact
🐾 whining or vocalising
🐾 bursts of frantic energy
🐾 nipping

And don’t forget: big fuss and praise when they go in the right place 🙂‍↕️

Its been a busy week as everyone goes back to school and the weather starts to cool and our settle in sessions and tours are getting busy! We loved having Ralph in for his first day! We were sad to say goodbye to Sammy labradoodle but we were thrilled to welcome back Molly cockapoo and we loved meeting little Charlie The Frug for his settle in session this week. We have appreciated the cooler weather this week and Daycare getting back to normal! We loved meeting Doris who had an amazing settle in session and we can not wait to see you again!
