With the hot weather expected this week, I’d like to reassure you that the cabin is fully air-conditioned and comfortable for your dogs, so all appointments will still be going ahead.

To help appointments run smoothly and avoid unnecessary waiting in the heat, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early, and ensure your dog is collected promptly.

Please keep your dog as cool and comfortable as possible during the journey. If your vehicle does not have air conditioning, it may be in your dog’s best interest to reschedule your appointment to a cooler day for their safety and wellbeing.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of my amazing customers for your patience and understanding over the last few weeks whilst I’ve had to rearrange and shuffle appointments.

As some of you may already know, my 9 year old son has recently been diagnosed with an aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC). It has been an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time for our family as we begin to understand his diagnosis and prepare for the road ahead.

His hospital journey is now beginning, which means I will be making regular trips to London with him for appointments and treatment.

I truly can’t thank you all enough for the kindness, support, and understanding you’ve shown whilst I try to organise my diary around his hospital visits. Please know I will continue to do everything I can to ensure appointments are fulfilled and disruptions are kept to a minimum ☺️

Thank you again for all of your continued support, it means more than you know
