Fireworks season is just around the corner, and now is the time to start preparing!

For some of our 4 pawed family members, fireworks can be really frightening. The sudden bangs and flashes can leave them feeling anxious and unsettled.

There are a few things you can do to help them feel safer:

🐾 Create a cosy, safe space where they can retreat.

🏡 Keep curtains closed and make their favourite spot comfortable.

❤️ Stick to familiar routines and offer reassurance when they need it.

🐶 🐈 Speak to your vet if your pet struggles with fireworks and you think they might need some extra support.

Every pet is different, so a little preparation now can make a difference when fireworks season arrives.

At Kat's pet sitting & creature care, I know too well that feeling, of feeling safe and settled at home makes all the difference. ❤️

I'm available for those extra cuddles with your for legged pets 🐈 🐕 & giving them those extra treats too.
I'm available 30th & 31st October, for those early celebrations if anyone is attending those fireworks. And you wish for someone to be able to come & sit with them while you go out please get in touch via WhatsApp on 07505006865.

I've just had a lovely dog sit with these two sisters, Meg & Ellie.
I've had a lovely time playing ball in the rain 🌧️, lots of cuddles and treats too.
I especially needed this cuddle time, after such a horrible last few days with my health.

Hi my name is Katherine and I just wanted to introduce myself & my pet sitting business to you all. I own Kat's pet sitting & creature care I offer pet sitting in your own homes. I offer daily visits, pop ins, longer stays if needed & overnight stays.

I have lots of availability especially throughout half term. As I have two weeks off, from tomorrow.

I'm based in old Duston, I am fully insured, I have a DBS, Canine & Feline first aid trained. I have lots of reviews over on my page too.

I have lots of experience with elderly cats & dogs, as they are getting older they tend to develop kidney problems and are incontinent too. I can give them medicine if needed. They would also need longer visits, so I like to at least spend up to an hour with them at each visit.
As it's almost Halloween 👻 🎃 & fireworks 🎆 🎇 seasons, I am available to come & sit with your pets while you attend these. Just drop me a message or give me a call to arrange.
The below photos are just some that I looked after during the summer 🏝️ ⛱️ holidays.
I also offer short or longer drop ins, if you are off out for the day/evening and you don't want to leave your cat/dog on there own.
Give me a call or message me via WhatsApp on 07505006865
