We got to take a visit to Max's Legacy today and we want to thankyou again for allowing us the time to spend with your amazing dogs

Every small positive step you ,we,me,all take is a step closer to changing the lives of other for the better

I can say without a doubt we have seen with our own eyes Maxs legacy runs like clock work absolutely hard working caring and a loving non-profit dog rescue centre that puts every ounce of sweat joy and tears into making sure these wounderful dogs get to find there for ever homes can’t thankyou enough for the dedication

Here we have my little super star Odin… Odin is ball reactive lead reactive has separation anxiety needs work on recall pulling on lead
We need to work on leave it and start to build that relationship using motivators and high reward treats using positive reinforcement as a way to mark and reward for good behaviours

All I wanted to do here was have a little go with recall without spending a lot of time on it as we don’t want to over arouse or make him frustrated

I recorded for 20 minuets and may have only got 2-5 minuets where he was able to communicate with me and that’s fine I wanted to have Odin go do his own thing then come back check in with me I used verbal and visual cues while communicating with Odin

After the five minuets I let him go explore and have fun as we was on a privet field

This was a lot of fun but needs a lot more work going into building that relationship remeber

Keep it short make it clear what you are asking of your dog or the dog infront og you make sure you dog understands if they don’t splice/ brake the steps down to make it easier when your dog masters something then you can change the environment add duration add distance and distraction side note it can take 72 hours for a dog to bring their arousal levels down so Most importantly keep it short simple and make it fun

Take plenty brakes when needed and stay hydrated hope you like the video thanks everyone for your support
