With temperature set to soar next week, I thought I would share this info here. There is no such thing as cooling too quickly.

⚠️URGENT⚠️

⚠️PLEASE HELP US COUNTER THE SPREAD OF FALSE INFORMATION THAT COULD LEAD TO HARM TO DOGS⚠️

Content has been published by "Ja CkWalker - The Dogfather" stating that cooling overheated dogs will kill them. This is clearly FALSE INFORMATION and if followed will lead to a greatly increased risk of death!

Dogs die from heatstroke NOT because they were COOLED but because:

💦They were not cooled soon enough
💦They were not cooled for long enough
💦They were not cooled appropriately (Immersion in cool/cold water or all over in the case of compromised dogs)

Many people have visited his page to correct him and point him to proper resources but his reaction is - abuse, delete, block!

🙏PLEASE 🙏go to his page and REPORT the FALSE CONTENT to Facebook. You may choose to leave a comment after reporting but you will be blocked and it will be deleted! I cannot put a link as I am blocked! Just search for "Ja CkWalker".

AT LEAST MANY DOGS WILL BENEFIT IF CORRECT INFORMATION IS CIRCULATING AS FAST AS FALSE INFORMATION!

It’s been awhile since my last update, after promising to do better! 🙄 So much has happened since my last update which I will go into more over the weekend. I’ve been so busy recently therefore I just wanted to write this post because I’m sat here feeling really blessed, so just came to say a massive, massive Thank You! To each and every one of my clients, past and present. Without you I wouldn’t have a business, and that makes me so grateful! I realised this week that only now do I think we have finally recovered from the effects of covid! It has taken 5 years and it’s been a long, hard, slog, but here I am, still trading. For that I am so fortunate, as so many businesses didn’t survive. But that is solely down to you guys. Thank you so much for all of your support, business and friendship over the last 7 years, I couldn’t do it without you! Hopefully here is to the next 7. ♥️###

A little about me.

Hi i am Haley of Haley’s Houndz, I have a passion for animals of any shape and size and recently decided to turn that into a career. Although i am a new business i am not new to animal ownership. I have grown up with rabbits and guinea pigs, mice and hamster, and a little Yorkshire terrier called Bonnie. I have also owned both tropical and marine fish tanks. I have continued to own dogs for most of my life and currently have three Yorkshire terriers called Jessie, James and Tilly.

I am fully insured for business, Enhanced DBS certified, and canine first aid trained, and continue to improve my knowledge and skills so you can have complete confidence that you pet is in safe hands with me.
