Our gorgeous gibbon Bono is loving her upgraded space and seems more than happy to let us know about it with a beautiful song! 🎵🥰

And if you look closely, can you spot Kajan swinging in the distance? 👀

It’s wonderful to see them both exploring, climbing and enjoying the extra space. 💚🐒

The moment we’ve been waiting for… our Mueller’s gibbons are finally in their brand-new home! 🏡

A huge thank you to our amazing construction team for all their hard work in creating this incredible new home for our gibbons. 🔨💚

🎉 RAISE THE ROOF APPEAL — Phase One COMPLETE!

TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY! 🐒💚

After all the hard work, fundraising and incredible support, tomorrow we’ll finally be opening the doors and welcoming our Mueller’s gibbons into their brand-new home! 🏡🌿🐒

We honestly couldn’t have made this happen without every single person who donated, shared our appeal and helped spread the word. ❤️

Because of you, these beautiful gibbons now have a wonderful new home here at the Haven and we are SO excited to see them exploring, climbing and enjoying their new space for the very first time! 🌿💚

Fresh branches, leaves, twigs and bark are an important part of a monkey’s diet and daily enrichment. 🍃
Browse provides essential fibre for healthy digestion while encouraging natural foraging and feeding behaviours.

Happy Cotton-Top Tamarin Day! 💚

Cotton-top tamarins are one of the world’s smallest primates and are named for the distinctive white crest of hair on their heads. They are found only in a small area of Colombia and live in family groups, communicating with a range of calls and vocalisations.

Sadly, they are Critically Endangered, mainly due to habitat loss and illegal wildlife trafficking.

We care for two here at the haven, who were rescued from the illegal pet trade.💔

Today is a chance to celebrate these amazing little primates and raise awareness of the importance of protecting them and their wild habitat. 💚
