🐱 Found Cat 🐈

An entire male tabby cat has been monitored and cared for by a group of local people for the past couple of months. He appeared today with a large wound, he was brought into firstvets Heaton to be scanned for a microchip and treatment.

Unfortunately he does not have a microchip and due to his nervous behaviour, we aren’t sure if he has lived inside a home before.

He had surgery today and will be closely monitored by the team here as he recovers.

If you believe he could potentially be your cat, can you please contact the practice. Proof of ownership will be required and we will need to discuss the recovery/plan going forward with the owner.

The re-opening of Forest Hall after the refurbishment is progressing. The team hit many glitches yesterday especially with all aspects of IT and some of the painting work needing finished. We all worked around this as best as possible and thank everyone for their patience during this time and over the next couple of days 🙏. We are hoping that the phone lines are no longer diverted today and apologise for any inconvenience caused yesterday.
