To help us give every dog the best possible groom, we’d really appreciate your help with a few small things.

🐾 Please wait for our call before coming to collect your dog🐾
We always ring 10 minute’s before they’re ready. If you arrive early, your dog is likely to spot you, get very excited, and it can make it much harder for us to safely finish those important final touches, especially around the face.

🐾 Before coming through the door, please take a quick peek through the window.🐾
If your dog is still on the grooming table, we’d be so grateful if you could wait just a moment until they’re safely off. This helps us finish their groom calmly and safely without any unnecessary excitement.

🐾 Please arrive at your appointment time – not too early or late.🐾
We carefully schedule our day with only small gaps between appointments to keep everything running smoothly. If you do happen to arrive a little early, please just check whether we’re ready for you before coming in. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures every dog receives the time and attention they deserve.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These little things make a huge difference to both your dog’s experience and our team’s ability to provide the best possible groom.
