The big stinky doodie had a pamper today! It’s been so long since he was groomed at home with alway being kept hairy for events!
He definitely needed a good bath and trim up today!
Bathed in houndslypetproducts Intensive repair shampoo & Deep conditioning shampoo mix
Got to put my new pewtnergrooming Aurelia curves to the test on his coat and they were fab 🤩

🏵️ Best In Show 🏵️
My 220 mile round trip to visit Lisa and Casper was also for our entry into an online grooming competition and not only did we win the “Squad challenge” where 2-4 groomers work on one dog but we also came away with the overall win!

I’m so lucky to have met so many fantastic dog groomers who are now my friends 🥰

Casper is so handsome and I’m extremely grateful to have been able to groom him along side Lisa 🤩

Thank you to the judges at The Grooming Experiment for thinking so highly of our work 💖

Had a lovely time the other day catching up with my friend Lisa and even had a go at grooming her beautiful Casper the miniature schnauzer to breed standard (minus the jacket as he is no longer handstripped!) I did one side of him while Lisa did the other and it was fantastic to see her work and gain some more knowledge 🤩 I then enjoyed being assessed and forced to give cuddles to the rest of her beautiful schnauzers and dachshund! Sadly I didn’t managed to sneak away with any this time 🥲 but there’s always next time 👀😂

The beautiful Finn came today for his first visit with me! He was such a gentle giant and a very good boy (apart from dribbling on my head🫣)
His mum messaged to say how shiny his coat was in the sun, then shortly after he decided being clean was boring and he went for his second wash of the day 😂 at least he was clean for a couple of hours!

Officially requesting for moose.bernese to stop growing 🥺 he’s grown so much already but he’s becoming so confident and brave with his pampers 🥰 Enjoy the rest of your day Moose 📸
It’s important that all puppies get desensitised to the grooming process with regular appointments but with the size little moose will be as an adult we’re being extra proactive with his training!

Hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday weekend! I was lucky enough to steal Pasha away from daisys_dog_grooming_andover to go to a lovely May Fayre! We met up with his niece Barbie who I had the pleasure of taking to crufts earlier this year 😍 she belongs to hollymills_doggrooming! Absolutely love the friendships made through the love of dogs, and I’m very lucky to have met these two wonderful ladies 💜
