Life has offered opportunities to allow my passion for all things canine to become a step closer. Attending Oatridge College to study & attain a HND Animal Care qualification then led to an immersion in all things dogs with seven years plus at an Edinburgh Dog Day Care. The next step was to pull everything all together: my passion; my practical experience; Insurance; Licence; Disclosure; Canine First Aid; my learning from various dog seminars and courses (ongoing CPD); and set out to assist other people look after their dogs.

Slowly, very slowly the new van Patrick is taking shape.
On Tuesday evening I trimmed up some rubber flooring to place in to cushion and provide a non slip flooring.

Early Wednesday I drove over to Fabrication in Larkhall for a start to be made on the crates.

The framework was measured up and fitted for a brief time 🫣 The mesh sides will now be added and then powder coated M&S Green
The solid bulkhead was removed as it will be replaced by a mesh one and two roof vents were installed.

Now I have to be patient for a wee while longer, potentially early July.

In the meantime anyone know how to fit some Led lights onto the dog area roof??πŸ€”

Look what arrived on the 22nd May. 🎊

I am so excited as Patrick (signed on St Patrick's Day) is my first ever new vehicle.

Once new crates, roof vents and a couple of other things are installed, I am looking to be using him from early July.
