Is Timothy haylage a good choice for horses watching their sugar intake?

Silvermoor Timothy Haylage is made from a pure Timothy ley grown in Northumberland and is typically low in sugar and starch.

🌱 Our NSC (sugar and starch combined) content stays below 10%, a commonly used benchmark for low-NSC forage.

🔎 We also print the nutritional analysis for each batch on the side of every pack, so you can see the actual values for your haylage and make informed decisions about feeding rations and adjusting other feeds accordingly.

Because nutritional values can vary between batches, knowing what you're feeding matters.
