Appointments are filling up quickly, and I have very limited availability over the coming weeks. If you’re needing an appointment, please get in touch as early as possible.

A Little Thank You ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your patience, understanding, and support over the past year.

As many of you know, becoming a mam has been the greatest joy, but like many parents, I’ve also had those unexpected moments when my little boy has been unwell and needed me. Unfortunately, this has meant having to rearrange or cancel some appointments at short notice, which has been incredibly stressful as I never like letting anyone down.

Your kindness, flexibility, and understanding during these times have meant more to me than you’ll ever know. Being able to care for my little boy while continuing to do a job I love is only possible because of loyal clients like you.

Thank you for supporting my small business, for your patience when life hasn’t gone to plan, and for continuing to trust me with your lovely dogs.

My diary is filling up very quickly at the moment, and I hate having to tell people that I have no space available when they get in touch.

If your dog is due a groom, please try to book at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. I normally will answer messages on a evening when my little boy is sleep so if you message through the day and I don’t get back to you don’t worry I will get to you hopefully that evening! Thanks for your patience 🫶

I’d also like to kindly remind everyone that if you’re unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a few no-shows recently, which leaves me sitting waiting for dogs that never arrive. Not only does this create large gaps in my day, but it also means a loss of income for my small business. This is how I pay my bills and support my family.

I work long days, often from 8am until 6pm/7pm, and with enough notice I can offer your appointment slot to someone on my cancellation list or bring another dog forward. This helps me avoid unnecessary gaps and sometimes even finish a little earlier so I can spend some time with my little boy before he goes to sleep. ❤️

Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients for your continued support, understanding, and loyalty. It really does mean the world to me.
