Maisie came in this afternoon for her regular groom and was treated to our Halloween spa! She’s now all ready for a spooky Halloween and looked absolutely gorgeous by the end of her pamper. It’s always lovely to see her and make sure she’s feeling fresh and comfortable.

Luna came in for her regular groom this morning. She’s such a beautiful girl with a lovely nature. She’s not too fond of being up on the grooming table, so she’s groomed on the floor where she feels much more relaxed and comfortable. It’s always important to adapt the grooming experience to suit each dog’s individual needs — happy dogs make for happier grooms!

⭐️ Meet Me Monday ⭐️

Hello! I’m Sian – the face behind Barking Pawfect Professional Grooming.

I’ve been running my business for just over two years now, and I can honestly say I love every minute of it. My grooming journey began when I decided to learn how to groom my own dog (with plenty of mistakes along the way 🙈). It taught me a lot about patience – and sparked a real passion that led me to train for my City & Guilds Level 3 with a lovely, very patient mentor. I’ve never looked back since!

More recently, I’ve also completed a cat grooming course, which has been a brilliant experience and means I can now offer gentle, professional grooming for feline clients too.

Before I picked up my scissors, I spent ten years as a teacher – so patience really is something I’ve had plenty of practice with 🤣

When I’m not busy grooming your lovely dogs (and now cats!), you’ll find me with my little family – my husband, our little boy, and our dog Bailey.

If you spot me out and about, please do say hello – I always love a chat!
