⚠️ Customer Notice – Keeping Your Dogs Safe in the Heat ⚠️

With summer approaching the salon is likely to get very warm, even with our cooling system running and fresh cold water available at all times. As you know, the dryers even on cool can quickly raise the temperature inside.

For that reason, if the salon temperature reaches over 24°C, I will unfortunately need to close for the safety of your dogs. Their wellbeing always comes first. 🐾💕

If I need to adjust your appointment, I will contact you directly. In some cases, I may ask to bring your appointment forward to help us beat the heat and keep your dog comfortable.

Every dog is different, and I will always consider individual needs, especially those who fall into high‑risk categories. Your dog’s safety is never a one‑size‑fits‑all decision.

🚫 Please do not walk your dogs to the salon in hot weather.
If you’re unable to bring them by car or another safe method, just let me know we can rearrange.

⚠️ Remember: Dogs don’t cool down like humans. They rely on panting and sweating through their paws, which makes hot weather much harder for them to cope with.

Dear friends and valued customers,

With the way things are at the moment and the continued rise in costs and inflation, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to review and adjust my prices. This hasn’t been an easy choice, as I’ve always tried to keep my services as affordable as possible for everyone.

Unfortunately, my prices have been set much lower than they should have been for quite some time, and with the ongoing increase in costs, I now need to make some changes moving forward.

The new prices will come into effect from Friday 1st May.

I truly appreciate all of your continued support and understanding. I love what I do and I’m incredibly grateful to every one of you who trusts me with your dogs. I hope you will continue to support me, and I look forward to seeing you and your lovely pups soon.

To all my wonderful customers as many of you know my daughter turns 16 this week and for her Birthday we have come to Cyprus on Holiday to celebrate. To all my valued customers,

I’m so sorry to let you know that I’m currently unwell and, as a result, will need to cancel all grooms scheduled for tomorrow. Depending on how things go, this may need to be extended, but I will keep you updated as soon as I can.

I understand how inconvenient this may be, and I’m truly sorry. My health has to take priority at the moment, but I promise to be in touch to rearrange appointments as soon as I’m able.

Dear Customers,

I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and support. It is a privilege to care for your wonderful dogs, and I truly appreciate your loyalty.

After much thought and consideration, I am writing to inform you of an upcoming change to my pricing. Due to rising operational costs and the need to align with fair wage standards, there will be an increase of £5 across all grooming services and nail trims. This change will take effect on April 1st, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly, as my priority remains providing the highest standard of care and service for your pets. I am confident this adjustment will allow me to continue delivering the quality and attention your dogs deserve.
