Hi everyone,

Just a little message to kindly ask that, where possible, you book your dog's grooming appointments as far in advance as you can, and if you'd like regular appointments, please feel free to book several future appointments at once.

I'm incredibly grateful for how busy I am, but my diary fills up very quickly. I hate having to disappoint anyone when I can't fit them in for the date or time they'd like, so booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred appointments.

With two young kids and at full working capacity, I am truly stretched at the moment, so as much as I’d like to I can’t just squeeze everyone in.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. I truly appreciate every one of you and your lovely dogs!

Hi everyone, as beautiful as this lovely warm weather is it’s obviously a potential overheating risk for our beloved pets, in the salon it is air-conditioned, fans running, lots of water available, and regular breaks taken if needed .

Please may I ask that you do not exercise your dog excessively before bringing them to their appointment. I appreciate that people like to do this before their dogs groom, but I would always prefer a dog who is a little bit more hyper, than a dog that is at risk of overheating! Many thanks Lily
