We are so sorry to hear that Misty has passed away, our thoughts are with her family:
Sadly we had to say goodbye to our darling Misty (Abbeyville Mist) today. We found a lump on her leg 7 weeks ago and she was diagnosed with bone cancer. It spread so rapidly. We are devastated but we are so grateful that you brought her into our family back in 2019. She was so loving and playful and was like that to the very end. She had a huge fan club including many who didn’t ‘do’ dogs. She will be missed so much.

Neeson (born Oct 2023) is a strikingly handsome young saluki boy who came into rescue with a broken leg. Now healed, he is able to undertake normal exercise. He is a well-rounded, confident boy who is now ready to begin life as a family member.
He is neutered and micrchipped.

* reserved* Buddy (born August 2017) is a very handsome male greyhound. He has been living happily in a home for the last five years but sadly, through no fault of his own, is now seeking a new home. Buddy has lived as an only hound but is currently in foster with another greyhound and is described as very sociable with other dogs. He loves his food and walks and travels well in the car. He is affectionate and enjoys meeting new people. He cannot live with cats or small furries.
He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Rest in peace Heikki 2015 – 2025, you will be much missed by the Erin team and we are all thinking of your family. They say:

Heikki came to us on 27.12.17. He knocked a full glass of water into my handbag with his nose so we decided we may as well keep him. He had never raced so as 2 year old he was very lively - and enthusiastic is a good word. He was huge, top weight 41kg, and astonishingly handsome. He attracted a lot of attention. He had a very busy life, lots of holidays & trips in the motor home. He also went to several music festivals.
He walked miles, could keep going all day. He did lots of fundraising for Erin Hounds & often sang when he got bored. He didn’t seem to have recovered from the huge saddle thrombus he developed. Huge efforts were made to deal with this but it got him in the end.
He went to sleep very peacefully on his own bed. We are bereft as he was a huge presence in our lives. All through his illness he made a big effort to stay positive. It was a privilege to spend time with him, though it was much too short, and at 9 much too young. He was such a happy special boy.
