Unfortunately, I am going to have to implement a cancellation fee. I have had some last minute cancellations in the last couple of months which I haven’t encountered before which obviously affects my income. It saddens me to do this because I have some fantastically loyal customers 😻

Now if anyone cancels with less than 24hrs notice there will be a 50% charge & less than 48hrs notice will be a 25% charge. Apologies for having to do this xx
