❗️CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS❗️. Unfortunately weve had a number of bookings cancelling on day of their booking or not showing up .As a small business this is upsetting as we are unable to make use of those kennels due to short notice.Therefore we kindly ask that all cancellations are made a minimum of 7 days prior to the booking date.Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in 100% charge of the booking fee.
