What a lovely workshop today, the gorgeous settled so well...after trying every bed out for comfort🙈 and beautiful Roxie did amazingly well she can be a wee bit anxious but her dad did so well with her she even managed to shut her eyes and have a little snooze😍

What a great day at the open day for Guide Dogs UK , hosted by Calm Canine Training and Absolutely Pawsome .

Great fun having Islay from Coppola Canine Massage joined me, who was on the ball and actually took photos 😂

Thank you to everyone who came along with their amazing dogs , they were all so well behaved💜

Double trouble yesterday afternoon, Fern and Herbie.

Fern can be a bit worried with people so this was her first proper grown up dig massage. We've spent lots of time doing short handling sessions so she knows what to expect, and for a young spaniel she did amazingly well at staying roughly in the same place 😂

Herbie was in for a regular maintenance
session as he is prone to getting tight muscles in his lower back.

Happy to report they both spent the afternoon enjoying an afternoon nap!

Its been a long day , but full of azing dogs, and i'm still not quite finished....to say I'm jealous of Zeba and her post massage snooze would be an understatement😂

This gorgeous Ridgenack had a few tight spots when she came to see me for a health check. She was a bit unsure to start with but once she got the hang of it embraced the experience like only a ridgeback can💜

How lush is this girl, Branwen, head of HR for@tragicarpet an absolutely stunning Laekenois.

It took me a wee bit of time to gain her trust, but once she realised that I walked about with pockets full of cheese the rest was history.

She's not been quite herself lately and came in for a bit of an mot to get her back on track for agility

‘What is a muscular health check?’ I hear you say… 🤔Let me tell you!
My hands are trained in the art of palpation. I will have a feel of the dog’s main muscles from head to toe to see what I can find. I am looking for changes in tone, texture and imbalances, this gives me an indication of areas in your dogs body that may need a bit of TLC and attention.
So come along it’s completely free and no obligations, just a bit of friendly chat and who knows you might even learn something!
