How to Keep Your French Bulldog Cool in the hot weather:

1. Walk During Cooler Hours

Choose early mornings or late evenings when temperatures are lower. Avoid hot pavements, which can burn paws and increase body temperature.

2. Provide Constant Access to Water

Fresh, cool water should always be available. Consider carrying water and a portable bowl on outings.

3. Create Cool Resting Areas

Use:

* Shade outdoors
* Fans
* Air conditioning
* Cooling mats
* Damp towels (not ice-cold)

4. Limit Exercise

On hot days, replace strenuous walks with shorter outings and indoor enrichment activities.
