Customer announcement: due to issues beyond our control, our internet cables have been broken (externally) so we currently have no internet, which also means no phones, no access to emails or camera access. IT engineers have been to site today and confirmed the line is broken in the adjacent field, so BT Open Reach need to attend to fix. At present we don’t know how long it will take to rectify. We apologise to anyone trying to get in touch with us by phone or email, as soon as the internet is reinstated we will get back to everyone in due course. Any customers who have dogs staying with us at this time, rest assured all dogs are fine and still enjoying their ‘holidays’! We apologise for any inconvenience caused, please bear with us.

Training announcement: Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be NO training class again this coming Saturday; 23rd August 2025. We apologise to all our customers about the disruption in training classes over the past few weeks. Please bear with us and hopefully classes will be back on track again soon. Last week, saw yet more heart ache for the Pawfect team, when we were contacted by some of our lovely customers to say a couple of our Hotel guests had sadly passed away suddenly. The lovely Eva: a 5 year old Irish wolfhound, who has been staying at the PR (with Roo her little sister) since 2021, and also the lovely Max: a 9 year old Rotti x GSD who has been staying at PR since 2023. Both were firm favourites at Pawfect and both will be sadly missed by the whole team. Completely different personalities and characters but both just so lovely! When we have customers that use our facilities all the time like this, when we hear of a passing, our hearts break a little more everytime! We get extremely attached to these dogs and they are ‘Pawfect family’ 💔🐶🐶 the thought of not seeing these two faces again is just too much to even put into works 🥺 RIP Eva 🩷 & Max 💙

It’s with a very heavy and broken 💔 that we have to share the sad news to all his doggy daycare pals that our cheeky chappie Jimmy has sadly gone to 🌈 bridge 🥺. After a very short illness, his passing has taken his doggy mum & dad and all at Pawfect by complete surprise and we still cannot accept we won’t see (or in jimmy’s case hear 😝) him anymore in daycare! Jimmy has been coming to daycare since 14/01/2020 and has attended over 300 times 😱, his BFF’s in daycare were Nigel, Theodore, Buddy & Winston, and we know they will be missing him greatly! Jimmy was only 6 years old 🥺 He had a ‘proper’ little border terrier character, he was feisty, gobby, and a bundle of energy and we all adored him so much! He will be sadly missed and all at Pawfect send Rob & Christine all our love, you are both in our thoughts! RIP Jimmy 🐶💔

Please note that due to trainers holidays there will be no puppy or adult training classes from Saturday 3rd May - Saturday 10th May, classes will commence again on Sunday 11th May. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but wish Lynn our lovely trainer a relaxing and peaceful rest…… although I’m sure before she goes she will be leaving you all with lots of ‘homework’ 😝🐶

Due to unforeseen circumstances our main reception will be closed today to all none urgent enquiries or dogs checking in and out of the Hotel or Daycare. If you send us an email or leave a voicemail someone will get back to you as soon as possible, if not today then within the next few days. We are sorry about the inconvenience we know this will cause customers. Thank you for your patience and understand!

Saturday 3rd May 2025, 10am - 3pm we will be holding a Canine First Aid course, presented by MK Training-Animal First Aid. This is a practical training session, casPeR manikins, and love dogs. Published work booklet to take home afterwards. No Powerpoint. CPD certified - 5 hours. £60 per person. We are now taking bookings for Christmas 2025. Anyone wishing to make a booking for this festive period please call our main reception 0151 245 2865 between 8am - 6pm and a 40% deposit will secure a room. At this time we can only take bookings that include January 2026 if the dogs check in during December 2025. The 2026 diary is NOT yet open. The Christmas diary fills up extremely quickly so book now to avoid disappointment 🐶😁🎅🏻🎄

To all customers trying to view their dogs that are at the hotel or anyone trying to call or email us, due to an accident on the lane outside Pawfect, the pole supplying our lease line (internet) has been damaged and taken down which has left us with no internet which is how our cameras, phone and email operate. We do not know when this will be reinstated, we have contacted our IT company but the pole will have to be repaired/replaced for the internet to become active again. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause but this is completely out of our hands! 🙁 Please rest assured that all the dogs with us are fine and all tucked up in bed, and Pawfect services will still be open tomorrow as normal, we just might not be able to answer calls or emails for a while - 🤞🏻 it won’t be for too long though!
