Daycare renovation works have now begun!
Works will be carried out both inside and outside, creating brand new spaces for the doggies to hang out and enjoy their time whilst with us…….Watch this space for future update!

And that’s a wrap for the Pawfect Retreat Hotel boarding facilities 💔

As all our lovely customers are aware we made the heartbreaking decision a couple of months ago to permanently close the Hotel aspect of Pawfect. We have already explained our reasons why and feel this is still the right decision for both us personally as owners and for our lovely Pawfect staff.
Our last Hotel guests have now checked in and we will make their final stay one to remember 😁. To say we will miss all our regular hotel guests is an understatement 🥺, the place is going to feel very quiet.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone for their extremely kind words since the announcement and for all your continued support, we really do love you all 🥰

But now it’s time for new adventures…… Pawfect is restructuring our daycare and we plan to make it the best doggy daycare around……. Training classes will also be getting a make over and will continue to go from strength to strength with our lovely trainers Sharon and Lynn!
Hydrotherapy will also be changing and branching out to become a rehabilitation centre offering more than just hydro.

These things will take time to implement so please bear with us but hopefully you will all see Pawfect evolving and commencing with our renovations and a new chapter in the PR story.

We now have a smaller team, faces you will already know and love: please welcome our new
‘A team’………Yvette, Ed, lib, Nikita, Ethan, and Vic 🥰 👏🏻👏🏻
From Monday 20th April you will see them everyday at the ‘daycare school gates’ welcoming in all our doggy regulars……. And they have been working away behind the scenes coming up with lots of new daycare entertainment ideas!

We are all very excited and eager to start this new chapter and look forward to you joining us….

ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to staff shortages, our main reception will be closed 12th, 13th & 14th February 2026. We will still be open for Hotel check in’s and check out’s but we ask for all other enquires please email or call and someone will get back to you in due course. While we have staff shortages we prioritise the dogs in our care hence the reason we will opt for an unmanned reception over jeopardising the dogs exercise regime! Oops sorry due to lack of internet we are slightly behind with our ‘Dog of the Day’, so here is a ‘photo dump’ of the past few days, December 2nd: the handsome Bodhi, a young black Labrador, December 3rd: the super cute Dash, the daschund, and December 4th: the king that is Raphi, the Pom. All were super pleased to have been chosen to be dog of the day and loved their advent calendar treats!
