Customer announcement: due to issues beyond our control, our internet cables have been broken (externally) so we currently have no internet, which also means no phones, no access to emails or camera access. IT engineers have been to site today and confirmed the line is broken in the adjacent field, so BT Open Reach need to attend to fix. At present we don’t know how long it will take to rectify. We apologise to anyone trying to get in touch with us by phone or email, as soon as the internet is reinstated we will get back to everyone in due course. Any customers who have dogs staying with us at this time, rest assured all dogs are fine and still enjoying their ‘holidays’! We apologise for any inconvenience caused, please bear with us.
