Mary Mary quite contrary how does your garden grow???? Well with Palace Palace Poo 💩 quite well actually… 🤣 lovingly hand made by our ponies in Dingle…. Please 🙏 come and take as much as you like. It costs us to pay to remove it ! A little donation in the bucket, a carrot handed to staff for the ponies would be much appreciated. Message us to collect

Meet our wonderful staff Joe and Meg! They have worked at Park Palace most of their adult lives! This isn’t just a job for them it’s a home, career and future building. They’ve stuck by us through thick and thin and for that we thank them 👏 they’re awesome and we love ‘em’ ♥️♥️

Thank you 🙏 http://www.nwhousing.org.uk/ we applied for and were successful in the NorthWest Housing Community fund!! Your grant paid for our quiet corner and educational resources. A new wheelbarrow. Our volunteer launch and open days and new helmets which we need to purchase and take pictures of ### thank you . This is a local fund that local community charities can apply for and access up to £500 thank you 🙏

☀️ It's getting hot!

We're loving the summer weather, but remember to make sure horses everywhere are kept cool, comfortable and safe...

💧 Water – Make sure fresh, clean water is always available. Check troughs and top up buckets regularly.

🌳 Shade and shelter – Horses need access to shade, whether natural or man-made, when turned out.

🌬️ Ventilation – Improve airflow in stables.

🧴 Sunburn – Protect pink skin with horse-specific sun cream or UV-protective fly masks.

🪰 Flies and midges – Use repellents correctly, keep stables clean and consider fly rugs and masks if required.

🏇 Exercise – Avoid the hottest times of day (10am–4pm) and cool your horse down thoroughly after work.

🚛 Travel – Travel early, keep trips short and ensure plenty of ventilation and hydration.
