Mid Surrey Pony Club Mid Surrey Branch was established in 1931 and is part of Pony Club Area 11. We have a current membership of approximately 200.

Our base is the Pony Club Field where we hold rallies, activities, team training and shows. EVENTING at MSPC
Well done to every competitor at yesterday’s eventing competition.

Whether you were placed, or had some adventures, completing 3 phases in one day is always a challenge. Loved seeing our friends from other PC’s too.

Huge thank you to Gina, our show secretary Naomi & the team of volunteers for the beautifully built & presented XC course and SJ and dressage rings.

As always our grateful thanks to all the MS parents (especially the Dads for helping on Fathers Day), friends and members who volunteered as car Parker’s, arena party, jump judges, scorers and stewards. They all played a part to support and encourage many of the competitors- many of whom hadn’t experienced an event like this before. We were delighted to run a new 30 cms class & our MSPC young riders Freddie & Darlia certainly enjoyed the challenge!

We look forward to welcoming you to our PC Open Eventing competition this weekend at MSPC. Wishing everyone the best of luck whether you are competing for your Pony Club as an individual or are enjoying the 70 & 80 Open class.
We are thrilled to be running classes from 30 cms - this is a friendly event so any queries at all go to the barn and ask for help.

You will be sent an email from our show secretary with full details of the day.

Individual Competitor Times will be available on Pony Club Results from 6 pm Thurs 12 June

🚶XC COURSE WALK
Saturday - 2pm until 4pm
Sunday - anytime please be careful of riders on course

SJ COURSE WALK
Sat 2-4 pm
The SJ course can be walker in between classes. Times on PC Results page.

Course Maps will be displayed at the start of the XC course and outside the SJ arena.

‼️RIDERS MUST KEEP TO THEIR TIMES‼️

Report to Warm Up steward before your due time for each phase to be tack checked. Warm up arenas are small. Numbers in warm will be strictly limited by stewards.

DRESSAGE
Classes 3 onwards tests can be commanded. One caller should stand on the long side of the arena.

All the Pony Club eventing rules (including tack and dress requirements and how the scoring is calculated / penalties awarded can be found in the Pony Club Eventing Rules .

CROSS COUNTRY
Arrive at warm up no no than 15 mins before your time. No stop watches for any class.

Will be available from the cabin. Payment is by cash or card.

THERE WILL BE NO SCOREBOARDS.

Dressage sheets will be available from the barn once all test sheets in the Section have been scored.

🏆PRIZEGIVING
Unmounted prizegiving will be held in the barn 15 minutes after final results for the entire section are published on Pony Club results. Proper dress is required (i.e dressage wear).

12 & UNDER SHOW DAY
What a fabulous day for the 12 & under show, we were so lucky with the weather! ☀️

Lots of happy faces with trophies, rosettes, goody cones and sweets. So brilliant to see new young riders some on the lead rein for their very first show, others off the lead rein for their first time. Congratulations to each personal success!

We turned the schedule upside down to have the showing in the morning and the showjumping in the afternoon with the fancy dress as our grand finale class. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Obviously the day only happens thanks to the fantastic, generous volunteers who give up their Sunday to help. Huge thanks to our amazing show secretary, Sue Arnold. Mid Surrey PC is blessed with a very hard working committee & regular volunteers. Thank you all so very much for making today such a huge success for the competitors.

Results will be posted as soon as possible. Don’t forget to register for the Sunshine Tour if you qualified today 😊
