I hope everyone’s enjoying the weather and keeping their pooches nice and cool! ☀️🐶

I spent my bank holiday Monday getting the van summer ready 😎 swapping out the vet bedding for cooling mats (just waiting for the last few to arrive and then we’re all set!). I’ve also bought a Sealey fan to help keep the van extra cool, and of course there’s endless fresh water available for the dogs at all times. Whether they’re in the van or out on walks, they’ll always have access to water 💧

This morning, all dogs were safely dropped back home by 8:30am and it’ll be the same throughout the week until the weather cools down a little.

For the rest of the day, I’ll only be offering pop ins to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable in the heat.

Your dogs safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority 💛

🐶☀️Hot weather warning! ☀️🐶
PLEASE READ

As I’m sure you’re all aware, we’re about to experience a big burst of heat! While some may say it’s great weather, I’d probably agree if I wasn’t a dog walker!

This is an extremely stressful time for us dog walkers, as we have to move our schedules around a lot to make sure your dogs are exercised and fulfilled before the heat arrives.

I will be prioritising dogs that are home alone during the day, and will only be offering early morning walks for those that need them. If you’re going to be home next week and won’t require my services, please let me know so I can free that slot up for a dog that would otherwise be on its own.

For the rest of the day, I’ll be offering pop ins instead for owners who would still like their dogs checked on and given some company to break the day up.

Of course, we live in England where the weather changes constantly, so if anything changes, I’ll contact you directly. I’ll keep you all updated regardless.

But as always, your dog’s health comes before anything else. Missing one walk won’t hurt them, but the heat could.

Introducing our newest member to the Wags & Wiggles gang 🐾

Monty is a gorgeous 1 year old working cocker spaniel with the waggiest bum ever! 🤭

He had his first intro walk with me today and passed with flying colours! 🩵⭐️

Can’t wait to introduce him to some of the others, another spaniel to add to the collection 🐶
