Just a wee message to remind everyone if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointments please do so in advance. Can everyone with an appointment before Christmas also double check you know your correct date/time.
This is such a busy time of year for me, I completely understand that sometimes things come up that are outwith our control and I always try to accommodate and be understanding towards people. However, this is my full time job and when people forget about their appointments this leaves me out of pocket.
Any missed appointments will require the full appointment to be paid and any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will also occur a charge. I hate to post a things like this but I’ve had a terrible month with no shows & late cancellations leaving me out of pocket by a large amount this month.
