Meet lovely Chewie the Shih Tzu, who came in recently for a full groom. 💜

Chewie had become quite matted, so the kindest thing for him was to take his coat nice and short, remove all those knots and tangles and get him feeling comfortable again. And with this warm weather, we think he's going to LOVE his new cooler coat! ☀️🐶

We know how quickly knots can turn into matting, even when you're trying your best to keep on top of brushing at home. Just leave it to us. We'll work gently, do what's most comfortable for your dog and, where possible, get them feeling so much better in just one visit. 💜

And if your dog's coat has got away from you a little, please don't ever feel embarrassed about bringing them to us. There is absolutely no judgement here. 🤗

Chewie was an absolute sweetheart throughout. We even gave him a rather fetching little goatee halfway through for a laugh... 😂 It didn't make the final cut, unfortunately! 🤭

One very handsome, knot-free and much more comfortable boy heading home. 🥰🐾

Meet Aspen, a gorgeous 13-week-old Cavapoo who came in for his puppy introduction and bath & tidy... and he was an absolute superstar! 🥹👏

Whether it's a tiny puppy or an older dog visiting us for the first time, we never rush. We introduce everything gently, let them explore at their own pace, and make sure every experience is positive. 🤗

The aim isn't just a lovely groom today... it's building confidence so they look forward to coming back again and again. 😉🥰

We think Aspen passed with flying colours! 💜🐶

Welcome to one of our favourite places in the salon... the bath! 🛁

We thought we'd share a few of the gorgeous faces that have had the honour of stepping into our bathing area recently! 🐾💜

Believe it or not, bath time is one of the most relaxing parts of a groom for many dogs. Our specialist bath is raised to the perfect height, meaning we can work gently and comfortably while giving plenty of reassurance, cuddles and attention along the way. No bending over the side of the bath at home or ending up wetter than your dog! 😂🤣

Every dog is bathed using gentle, high-quality products that are kind to their skin, coat, eyes and ears. While the shampoo works its magic, they enjoy a lovely soothing massage before being gently dried, keeping them comfortable from start to finish. 🥰

We want every dog to feel safe, relaxed and cared for throughout their visit, so they leave not only looking amazing but feeling amazing too. 🤗

After all... every dog deserves a little pamper now and then. 💜🐶

Sometimes it's the little moments that tell you everything you need to know. 🐾💜

This beautiful girl is Amber, and her owner told us she hadn't been to a groomer for quite a while after she'd become very stressed during a previous grooming experience. Instead, she'd been grooming her at home. 🫶

Fast forward to the end of Amber's appointment... ❤️

There I am, sat on the floor trying to steal one last cuddle, and what does Amber do? She keeps running back and forth to the door because she knows her owner is pulling up outside before I do! 😂🐶

It's such a lovely little moment because, after everything she'd experienced before, Amber was completely relaxed. She was happy to come back for cuddles, happy to wander off again, and clearly knew exactly when it was time to go home.

We absolutely loved having you, Amber. You were an absolute sweetheart, and those cuddles definitely made our day! 🥰💜

Double the Daisy, double the cuddles! 🐾🌼🌼

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming not one, but two new lovely ladies named Daisy into the salon for their full grooms! 💜 💜

Our beautiful 11-year-old Morkie and gorgeous 13-year-old Shih Tzu both left feeling so much more comfortable for the warmer weather. Their coats are now fresh, tidy and tangle-free, making it much easier to stay cool while still looking their very best. 🥰🐾

There's something so rewarding about helping our older dogs feel comfortable again. A good groom isn't just about how they look... It's about helping them feel happier and more comfortable too.

And, of course, they both smelt absolutely divine by the time they trotted out of the salon! 😉🤗

A huge thank you to everyone who came over to see us at K9 World in Chalkwell Park yesterday! 💜🐾

We had such a fantastic day meeting so many lovely people (and lots of gorgeous dogs too). It was brilliant seeing so many pups leaving with bright, colourful designs after their doggy painting! 🌈🐶

Bella and Cola had the best day too, happily greeting everyone from the shade of the stall and making plenty of new friends while keeping nice and cool. 🥰

We had an amazing time and hope everyone else did too. Thank you for making it such a special day... we can't wait for the next one! 💜🐾

Meet gorgeous Lola! 💜🐾

Lola visited us for the very first time recently, and what a lovely little girl she was! She settled in beautifully and was an absolute pleasure to groom.

With the warm weather we're having, her owner chose a shorter, more comfortable trim to help keep her cool, and just look at the difference! ☀️✂️

Every dog is different, and we'll always chat through the best groom for their lifestyle, coat and comfort. At the end of the day, our priority is making sure they leave feeling happy, comfortable and looking their very best. 🫶
