Qualified through AMTRA we have Robyn, Charlotte, Polly and Vanessa.
They all have years worth of expertise behind them, and can aid with advise on any POM-VPS products and faecal egg counts dropped into our branches or at the Pharmacy van.

In Light of AMTRA's SQP week we our celebrating our team of SQP's.
At Farm Vet Solutions, we're proud to have a team of qualified SQPs (Suitably Qualified Persons), along with SQPs currently in training.

SQPs are legally recognised professionals in the UK, certified to prescribe and supply certain veterinary medicines, including POM-VPS and NFA-VPS products. Our team's expertise helps our livestock owners access the right treatments while providing valuable animal health, welfare, and preventative healthcare advice.

Here at Farm Vet Solutions, we know accidents can happen, and sometimes we never find out exactly how. These two are a perfect example of that!

One cow unfortunately managed to tear the top of her nose, while we suspect this little calf may have been accidentally stood on by mum.

The good news is that both are healing well and getting back to their normal selves in no time!

Nothing beats a bit of in-house competition!
From 1st February to 17th May, we tracked the number of calvings and lambings attended by our vets — and what a busy season it’s been!

Over this period, our team attended an incredible 139 calvings and 185 lambings.
A huge congratulations to Sonny, who attended the most calvings with an impressive 23, and to Saffron, who topped the lambing leaderboard with a fantastic 38 attended!
To recognise all their hard work and dedication, we presented them both with a well-earned trophy.

While Sonny and Saffron took the top spots, we also want to say a massive thank you and well done to our entire vet team for all the hard work, commitment, and effort they put in throughout the year, especially during the busy lambing and calving season. We couldn’t do it without you all!
