HI You lovely lot, we are now having to turn people away for certain times of the year, however due to lot of people booking from last year, and maybe not seeing the notice of changes in our terms and conditions, we now ask for a £100-£200 ( depending on length and time of booking ) and for short stays less than that the £100 deposit to be paid in full at the time of booking, there are also some of you that have slipped through (obviously poor attempt of a net!) .. any hoooo we need every permanent booking to be secured with the above deposit system.As much as we obviously Adore what we do, and feel very lucky, we are also a family business, with many mouths to feed, so we can’t keep our facilities full on if, buts and maybe’s. While turning people away that definitely want the space!… so we have a large amount of bookings sat on our system without deposits, we will be sending out emails to each of those customers, requesting a deposit or full payment if less, to secure your booking on our system. IMPORTANT:- IF YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL BUT HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT! Then PLEASE CONTACT US, so we can find it, and amend our system.
PLEASE also note that from the time of sending the emails, we will keep your booking on our system for two weeks, then unfortunately if your booking hasn’t been secured by a deposit or payment, then as I am sure you can appreciate it will have to be removed, for the people that are wanting definite space.
We will then send you out a cancellation email to you informing you of booking cancellation.
I am sure you can appreciate as a business it is something we have to do, not because we don’t trust you, we have to do it to Survive, especially at these difficult times.
