This month’s Best Pack Member Award goes to our wonderful boy, Leo! 🌟
He has come such a long way since the day our nervous little rescue spaniel first landed in the garden.
With time, patience, and a lot of nurturing, we’ve learned what makes Leo tick and how best to help him feel safe and comfortable.
Watching his confidence grow has been an absolute joy, and we’re so proud of the progress he’s made.
Even though Leo is now on a restricted diet for health reasons, we’ve found creative ways to make his meals just as exciting and rewarding as those of his Pack Members.
He loves heading out on his K9 Expeditions, joining in playful moments with his friends, and then settling down for a well-earned nap in the evening.
Leo is a shining example of resilience, trust, and gentle spirit.
Well done, Leo – you’ve truly earned this award! 🐾✨

It’s been a while since our last update…
Time has run away with us lately — we’re deep in the middle of our Summer “crazy” period (only another 5 weeks to go until our next break!) ☀️🐾

We've been busy doing what we do best — keeping our lovely Pack Members entertained, enriched and happy! From sizzling BBQs in the garden (or the conservatory when the rain shows up 🌧️), to action-packed playtimes, homemade treats, K9 Expeditions, and exciting enrichment games — there’s never a dull moment. Even producing an action-packed newsletter (Cozy Canines Chronicle)! 📰🐶

We’ve also had the joy of welcoming some gorgeous new pups into the Pack and showing them the ropes 🐶💕

And we can’t forget our star of the month… Koby, who has just been crowned our Best Pack Member for July! 🏆🎉

What a journey it’s been for this special boy. After completing his safety process with flying colours, Koby settled in for an extended stay with us… and truly became part of the Cozy Canines family.
Affectionate, intelligent, and endlessly entertaining, Koby has kept us laughing with his cheeky sense of humour and playful mischief. He’s a big fan of chewing plastic toys and he never turns down a tasty treat — no matter what’s on offer.
But beyond the fun and games, Koby has been a joy to have around. He’s great company, always ready for a cuddle or a curious wander, and he’s brought such a lovely energy to the group.
It’s been a pleasure having Koby with us this month — we’re so proud to crown him our Best Pack Member. 💛🐾

It’s been non-stop, but every muddy paw print and happy bark makes it all worthwhile. 🐾💛

🥖🐾 Breakfast Club Upgrade! 🐾🥖

Jayne’s been busy in the kitchen baking homemade bread especially for the Pack Members (and Finley) to enjoy at breakfast… so they (hopefully!) stop pinching all of mine! 😂

Safe to say these lucky pups are living their best lives. 💛

It’s that time again… Best Pack Member time! 🎈

Every month, we celebrate one of our wonderful dogs who has brought something extra special to our days.

For June, we couldn’t be prouder to shine the spotlight on a very deserving lady…

🎉 Congratulations to Stella! 🎉

Stella is a sweet and soulful Schnauzer who has truly blossomed during her time with us at Cozy Canines. From the moment she joined our family, she’s charmed everyone with her gentle nature and a heart full of love. 💖

Although she’s a more mature lady, Stella hasn’t let age slow her down one bit. She adores her little strolls, taking in the world at her own pace, nose twitching and tail held high. 🐾 She has a passion for tasty snacks, a fondness for soft beds, and a special talent for finding the coziest spot in the house to settle in for a snooze. 💤

Stella has brought so much calm, warmth, and affection to our days. She loves her routine, enjoys checking in on all the humans, and is always up for a cuddle (or two) before her next nap.

✨ Well done, Stella – you’ve more than earned your time in the spotlight! ✨

🎉🎂 It’s Trudy’s Birthday! 🎂🎉

Our gorgeous girl Trudy celebrated her birthday in style this week with a proper party at Cozy Canines Services! 🥳

She was spoilt with cake, pressies, and plenty of cuddles from the gang. 🎁🐾

There were wagging tails, singing from Finley, and even a few party hats involved… because every good girl deserves a celebration this fab! 💕

🌞🐾 Pack Adventure at Mutleys! 🐾🌞

This week we treated some of our lucky pack members to an exciting K9 Expedition at Mutleys Secure Dog Field! 💦

Finley, Trudy, Loki, and Milo had the absolute best time — swimming in the pond, running free, playing with toys, and living their best doggy lives! 🐶💚

From splashes to snuggles, it was a day full of fun, freedom, and furry joy. Just look at those happy tails and soggy smiles! 🥰🐕

Best Pack Member – May 2025: Rudy! 🐾🌟

We’re delighted to announce that Rudy has been crowned this month’s Best Pack Member! 🎉

Rudy has come such a long way.

When he first joined us, he was a quiet soul, a little unsure of the humans around him.

But with gentle encouragement and plenty of space, Rudy has gradually come out of his shell to reveal the loving, gentle boy we all adore. 💖

Now, he’s all about cuddles 🤗, happily enjoys a few treats 🍪, and truly relishes his walks—his tail wagging in excitement every time the lead comes out! 🐕‍🦺✨

He’s also settled beautifully into his routine and now sleeps soundly through the night, content and at ease. 😴💤

Rudy’s steady progress has been a joy to witness, and we couldn’t be prouder of this lovely lad. Congratulations, Rudy—you’re a star! 🌟🐶

What a glorious weekend it’s been in Cozy Canines Land!

The sun has been shining over our beautiful garden, where Finley and his friends have been soaking up the rays, enjoying a BBQ and cooling off with freshly made "dog-friendly" melon ice cream.

Not every pooch is as lucky as our cherished Pack Members, but we’re here to make sure more pups experience the joy they deserve.

Summer is shaping up to be a busy one—think long, warm evenings splashing in the pool and lounging on the outdoor sofa (we don't mean the humans ha ha ha).

🏆 Best Pack Member of the Month Award : Friday! 🐾

Let's give a big round of a-paws to our gentle giant, Friday the Greyhound, who’s proudly trotted into the spotlight for April's Best Pack Member! 🎉

Friday is the epitome of grace and goofiness rolled into one. With his soft eyes and even softer heart, he's always so well-behaved, walks beautifully on his lead, and turns heads wherever he goes—he’s seriously handsome! 🐶✨

Don’t let that calm exterior fool you, though—Friday has his silly bursts of energy where he just has to find a toy to chew (preferably a tough one, even if it’s a no-no for his soft gums!). 🦴😄 Once the zoomies are out of his system, he’ll sprawl out on his favorite fluffy bed and melt into a puddle of snoozy contentment. 🛏️💤

He’s kind, cuddly, and a total keeper. We love you, Friday! ❤️🐕

We love your dogs like our own.

We operate a bit differently here at Cozy Canines Services.

Offering your dog the K9 Experience! Walking in smaller groups (max of 4) at any one time, so we can keep control and have fun with your special pooch. A typical experience would include a short time of releasing some pent up energy, perhaps using balls or other toys. Then they may play "find it" or "hide it" or "faster, slower, stop".

These are just examples of ways to engage with your dog and keep them focused.

Exercising their minds as well as their body. Most dogs enjoy the interaction and learn quickly.

If you need somewhere to leave your dog short or long term rest assured they have luxury accommodation in our home. If you have a fussy eater or a dog that loves to snaffle everything in sight that's why we're here to make sure they get the best care possible and will actually enjoy coming time after time.

We have our own little bundle of joy, Finley the Labrador. He loves to play with other dogs and have a sleep over.

Every dog deserves the best care and attention and that's what they will get.
