Over the past few weeks I’ve had a number of no-shows and very last-minute cancellations. I completely understand that life happens, but these missed appointments make it difficult for me to run my schedule fairly and they also affect my income especially this close to Christmas.
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointments that need rescheduled.
No Shows & Last Minute Cancellations will result in the charge of your appointment fee.
This policy ensures that people waiting for appointments have a fair chance to take any available spots, and it also ensures that the time I’ve set aside for your dog is respected.
