I really did not want to do this however I feel we have no option. It was brought to our attention Yesterday that a Girl Called Alison Rennie from Denny had been slating our company on facebook. I will 1 million percent let no one do this if I feel it’s unfair

Alison was in at the sale weekend and ordered feed to collect at a later day due to them being special order items. Alison had asked prices on a product 10 days before the sale. This price was given however was a price for about 2 years ago . When we ordered them in the bags had went up £5 per bag ( approx )

Alison then arrived at the store to find one of her other items had been short delivered to us. If it was me I would personally have phoned ahead and asked if the stock had arrived yet. Alison was not happy at all and had asked a member of staff to get myself ( Barry ) to call her back. I was out delivering all day so soon as I got home a made contact through facebook. I offered to warrant the price she had been given before the sale as this was our mistake and we would deliver out to her foc. I also offered her £20 due to her wasted journey. I feel not many companies would offer this? She continues to slate us over social media which is so sad especially how hard we all work to provide great customer service. Her anger is I did not call her asap instead on me contacting her a couple of hours later. She also said the customer service has been outstanding over the past 8 years and yet one mistake she does this?

We are not perfect and don’t claim to be however this feels like witch-hunt and hope our regular customer know how hard we all try
