Tomorrow, we say a very special goodbye to someone who has been at the heart of Lancaster Vets for over 20 years… our wonderful Karen Farley 💙
Karen joined us on 3rd October 2005, and since then she has been so much more than a receptionist. She has been the smiling face greeting clients through the door, the calming voice on the phone, the person keeping spirits high on even the busiest days, and a true friend and teammate to us all.
Her caring nature, brilliant sense of humour, endless positivity, and ability to keep everyone motivated have made her an irreplaceable part of the Lancaster Vets family. Clients absolutely adore her, and so do we. Whether it was a warm welcome at reception, a reassuring chat, or one of her funny comments that could make the whole team laugh, Karen has touched the lives of so many people (and pets!) over the years.
After nearly 21 incredible years with us, tomorrow will be Karen’s last day before she begins a well-deserved retirement filled with travelling, gardening, and hopefully plenty of relaxation too 🌸✈️
Karen, thank you for everything you have done for Lancaster Vets. Thank you for your loyalty, kindness, hard work, and the happiness you brought to the practice every single day. The clinic simply won’t be the same without you.
