We have had 2 separate stray cats handed into our Kilmarnock branch over the weekend🥺

One is a young (roughly 16 week old) tortoiseshell female who has unfortunately been involved in a road traffic accident. She was found on a back road in Dalry💜

The other is an elderly black and white female cat, she was found on peatland quadrant in Kilmarnock🤍

Neither cats are microchipped and are being looked after by our vets

We are very sad to say a goodbye to our receptionist Alison after 13 years of being a friendly face welcoming you to the practice. We will miss Alison loads but wish her all the best for her retirement. 💕

📢 Important Update Regarding Pet Medication 🐾
At MBM Vet Group Kilmarnock, we're committed to making sure your pets receive the medication they need, when they need it.
Due to changes in our supplier deliveries, we now receive medication deliveries twice a week – on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
To help us avoid any interruptions to your pet's treatment, we kindly ask that you request repeat prescriptions at least 7 days before you run out of medication.
💊 Our top tip: Don't wait until the last minute! Check how much medication you have left and place your repeat order when you still have 1–2 weeks' supply remaining.
📅 Please note: Orders placed on or after Thursday will not arrive until the following Tuesday's delivery.
🚨 If your pet has an urgent medication requirement, we'll always do our very best to help, although availability cannot be guaranteed.

Fourteen and fabulous 🐾🎉

A huge happy 14th birthday to lovely Gemma, a gorgeous Cavalier King Charles Spaniel! She celebrated in style (and looked absolutely adorable in her party hat 💕)

Gemma attends our pain clinics with our wonderful vet Cat, where she also receives acupuncture to help keep her comfortable — and we’re so proud of how well she’s doing. It’s always such a joy to see her sweet face and wagging tail when she visits us.
