I've just sent out messages to everyone who was/is on my June/July list for a commission. So, if you haven't heard from me and feel like you should have, drop me a message.
I am aware that there are still people waiting on commissions from the beginning of the year. I haven't forgotten about you. Most of those commissions are larger, are heavily detailed, and/or require a lot more energy from a creative pool that I don't always have access to 😅, meaning they can take me a bit longer.
I have started the majority of them - and having them lying around in the studio unfinished is painful! But, we'll get there.
Anyway, the reason I make contact with new lists while old lists sit unfinished, is that I like to have a wide range of commissions to choose from. It's hard to tell what subject I'll 'feel' on a day to day basis, and whether life will allow me a week to work on something more time consuming, or whether I need to work on something I can complete in a day. I also like to break up the more challenging work, with works that I find a little 'easier' ❤
Regardless of how long it takes, no-one loses out on a commission. It will always get done. The work will always be my best, but not always fast 😂
