Tonight we are being open about where we are at the moment and the struggle that not just us but pretty much every rescue is going through just now.We are swamped with animals needing help.We can cope with horses,poultry and aviary birds but we are struggling, as ever, with dogs and cats.We have pounds asking for help day in day out..offering emergency kennelling just to save dogs lives.I can see the comments now…we want to adopt but you don’t allow young children…our dogs are strays with no known history and we never place them with young children and that won’t change. Our dogs are mainly bull breed dogs,they aren’t first dogs through no fault of theirs.We have 17 cats needing foster help.We are struggling. Our bills are now over £15,000 a month and we are a volunteer rescue so this is being spent solely to save animals.We are desperately looking for experienced dog and cat fosters in the Glasgow/ Renfrewshire/ North Ayrshire areas and if you feel you can help please message us 😔🐾
