⏰ As we head into the festive season, we want to reassure you we will still be here for you and your pet, however, with some slightly different opening hours than normal.

Please take note of our opening times over Christmas and New Year here:

Meet Helen McDonald, one of our wonderful Registered Veterinary Nurses! 🩺🐾

After a career in travel and tourism, Helen found her true calling in veterinary nursing and began her training in 2021. She officially qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse earlier this year, and we couldn't be more excited to have her on the team! 🎓🎉

Helen loves surgical nursing and loves caring for nervous patients - those who need a little extra time, patience, and, of course, plenty of cuddles. 🧡

Outside of work, she is kept on her toes by Bonnie, her bouncy rescue dog 🐶, and Catherine the cat, who's sassy as they come! 🐱✨

Outside of work, Helen can be found practising yoga, exploring new places, or catching up with friends. 🧘‍♀️✈️

We want everyone to have an enjoyable and peaceful festive period, which is why our wonderful practice manager, Rhi, has appeared on BBC Hereford & Worcester to give advice to pet owners about Christmas novelties! 🎙️

This morning, Rhi chatted with presenter Elliott Webb, covering important topics like the potential dangers of dogs wearing Christmas jumpers and other festive treats that could pose risks to our beloved pets. 🐶❄️

With a strong background in customer service since 2017, Hannah has always had a passion for helping people - and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board!

Not only does Hannah love making patients and clients smile, but she’s also a true animal lover! 🐾 When she’s not in practice, you can find her enjoying horse riding (with a special love for dressage!), cheering at football games, or spending quality time with her friends, family, and her adorable French Bulldog. 🐶💖

We’re excited for you to get to know her and to see the great things she’ll bring to our team!

We’re absolutely pawsitively thrilled to introduce one of our Client Care team members, Rose! 🐾

A true animal enthusiast, Rose’s affection knows no bounds - she happily cuddles everything from adorable puppies to feathery chickens and even slithery snakes!

With a childhood filled with furry friends like dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish, she’s now the proud mom of a pampered pooch named Daisy, who’s pretty much her whole world. 🐶💖

But that’s not all! Outside of work, you can find Rose rolling up her sleeves at the Forest Dog Rescue, helping animals find their forever homes. Rose also enjoys reading a good book, writing, baking up a storm, exploring the great outdoors, and embracing all things spooky! 🎃📚🍰

We’re so excited to have Rose on board and can’t wait to see the amazing and fun contributions she’ll bring to our team!

Meet Lara Summers, one of our fantastic Patient Care Assistants.

Born in England and raised in the beautiful countryside of rural Ireland, Lara spent her childhood farming, milking cows, riding ponies, and bringing home every stray and injured animal she could find. 🐄🐎 It was there that she discovered her true passion for all things furry, feathered, and scaly. ❤️

Lara went on to study animal care, animal science and health, worked in the equine industry in all disciplines, and also groomed internationally. 🌍 After returning to the UK, she followed her dream of the veterinary profession and has been a dedicated Patient Care Assistant since 2021! 🏥

At home, Lara’s never short on furry (and scaly!) company, with two dogs, Murphy and Tilly 🐶, two cats, Mia and Milo 🐱, four ferrets, a horse, and a whole pond of koi carp! 🐟

Meet Clare Oglesby, one of our amazing Registered Veterinary Nurses! 🩺🐾

Clare has been a Registered Veterinary Nurse for nearly 30 years and still loves her job just as much as when she first started! 🌟

She's currently working towards a master's in advanced veterinary nursing and is really enjoying the journey. 🎓

Clare's favourite parts of her role include caring for poor inpatients and welcoming new pets into the clinic. She's also a dedicated advocate for cats. 🐱💙.

At home, Clare has her own furry family - a Cocker Spaniel and three cats! 🐶🐾

When she's not at work, Clare loves to walk her dog, travel and enjoys going to the cinema to watch a movie. 🎥✨
