We kindly ask that you avoid making repeated calls if we don’t answer straight away. Multiple calls only create distractions and take our focus away from the dogs — and we’re sure you’d want your own pet to have our full attention too.

If we’re unable to pick up, please leave a voicemail. Alternatively contact us via text, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. We’ll always get back to you as soon as we can.

Our number one priority will always be the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in our care — answering calls comes second. Thank you for your patience and understanding

I’m pleased to be back from our holiday and welcoming your poochs into the salon again. I can honestly say this is the only job I’ve ever wanted to come home early from a holiday for! And it’s all thanks to our amazing customers 🐾

Please note however, that is currently on her annual leave and will return in September.

During this time, responses to enquiries may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you for bearing with us.

☀️Holiday Mode Activated☀️

I’m taking a little break to recharge my paws and will be back in the salon from Saturday 16th August.

The salon is still open, and the lovely will be there pampering pooches and to answer any enquiries in the meantime.

Day two of the Build-A-Bear seminar in Scotland took things to a whole new level with a focused, hands-on workshop that allowed us to refine techniques and receive direct, in-depth guidance — and we cannot thank our incredible trainer Georgina Sweet from Gigi’s Dog Grooming enough for her time, patience, and expertise.

Having the opportunity to work so closely with someone so skilled and passionate was truly invaluable. The level of personal attention and tailored feedback we received has already begun to influence our work back in the salon in the best possible way.

We’re so grateful to have been part of this experience — both days offered so much, but day two gave us the practical, confidence-building boost every groomer hopes for.

Thank you again to the trainer and hosts for such a well-run and inspiring event.

Last month, we travelled from the West Midlands to just outside of Glasgow to attend an exceptional two-day grooming seminar and workshop — and we’re truly grateful we did.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible hosts and expert trainers who made this event so valuable. Your knowledge, passion, and generosity in sharing your skills have already made a noticeable impact in our salon. The techniques and insights gained on day one alone have elevated our work, and we’re excited to keep implementing what we’ve learned.
