Design

We will work with you to design and create your exact cage system requirements. Your project is as individual as you and we will spend time going through practical solutions and ideas in order to create a finished cage product that does what you need it to do, when you need it. It is important that we take time and attention to detail when designing your bespoke cage system especially if

it is for a vehicle which can take a lot more planning to ensure that space is utilised fully for your exact make and model. Build and Installation

Once we have designed your custom product we will build it using high quality materials using processes that ensure the product is safe, secure and built to last. We have a range of finishing options available so that your item can be built to work within the conditions you require. It is important that your product feels and looks good and we will ensure that our time and dedication is spent making your product look the part whilst delivering quality and lastability. By offering the full range of services from start to finish it helps to give you piece of mind that your custom cage system / product is ready for use having seen its journey from design to creation and ultimately installation.

Another busy one here at Top Dog, with a few more custom builds safely out the door! 🚐

Here’s what we’ve been up to this week:

💚Kia PV5
A bespoke double cage system featuring escape doors, a removable divider and a false floor, giving the customer some handy extra storage underneath. Finished in a beautiful green powder coat.

🩶VW T6
A built-in 2 up 2 down with escape doors, finished in smart anthracite grey powder coat. Practical, secure and built to make the most of the available space.

🖤 VW Amarok
A 2-cage system with window guards, finished in Auto Black powder coat.

Every system we build is designed around the customer’s requirements, with compression latches fitted to all doors and all cages powder coated for a durable, professional finish.

Such a lovely shade of green! 💚

We’ve recently completed this bespoke 2-up 2-down with escape doors, but this one is a little different from our usual design.

Built entirely to the customer’s requirements, this setup was designed specifically to suit the needs of their dogs. We incorporated removable dividers into both the top and bottom cages, allowing the space to be adapted as required.

We also added a roof panel with insulation.

The cages were finished in a beautiful shade of green powder coating, and every door has been fitted with a compression latch for secure and reliable closure.

Another bespoke build out the door! 🔥

We’ve recently completed this built-in 3-cage system with escape doors, custom-made specifically for a Ford Transit Custom.

➖A custom floor was made for the rear of the van to work seamlessly around the customer’s existing drawer system.
➖The cages were designed and built to perfectly accommodate the drawers.
➖Everything was powder coated in Anthracite Grey to match the existing setup for a sleek, professional finish.
➖Every door is fitted with a compression latch for secure, reliable closure.

Another bespoke van cage system completed by the Top Dog Team! 🐶🚐

This 6-cage system was custom-built to fit a Peugeot Partner, designed around our customer’s exact requirements.

🐾 Built-in 2-up, 2-down with escape doors
🐾 Floating single cage to the front of the van
🐾 Removable panel underneath the floating cage, giving our customer the flexibility to utilise the van around her dogs
🐾 Finished in Auto Black powder coating for a smart, durable finish
🐾 Every door fitted with a compression latch for secure and reliable closure

Happy Monday ☀️

Today’s build for a VW multi van!

A built in 2 cage system with escape doors. We added storage underneath the cages and made a drop down jump board for ease of dogs getting in and out of the van.

The cages were powder coater in anthracite grey. Each door has been fitted with a compression latch.

The cages were built to the customer requirements for there VW multi van.

What a busy few weeks we have had🐾

Built in 11 cages to fit a Vauxhall Vivaro LWB.

We started this build by fitting Heksa plus flooring. Followed by the fitting the built in cages, a 3 up 2 down with escape doors to the rear of the van, with a built in 2 up 1 down with escape doors to each side loading door. We also built a half mesh bulkhead to help with air circulation.

The cages were powder coated in auto black. Each door was fitted with a lockable compression latch.

This setup was built to the customers requirements.
