Hello! I wanted to share a cause that’s close to my heart.

The Pawfection Rehoming Foundation is working hard to build kennels for dogs in need in Keighley, and your support can make a real difference. Please consider donating or sharing their campaign to help these dogs find loving homes.

Clever K9s is involved with providing exercise and training sessions for the kennels. We plan to hold Rescue Recall training sessions at the kennels for local rescue dogs and their owners.

Preparing the kennel site has costs to be met. We have donated £50 this month and intend to give more. Could you help? Please consider making a donation towards this project that directly supports the life’s of dogs that need a better chance in life.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL BINGLEY VIEW DOG PARK USERS ⚠️

We have been made aware of a confirmed case of canine parvovirus in the local areas

For the safety and wellbeing of all dogs visiting Bingley View Dog Park, we kindly ask that you do not bring your dog to the park if they are showing any signs of illness, particularly symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, or unusual tiredness.

Please also ensure that your dog's routine vaccinations are up to date, including protection against parvovirus. If you are unsure whether your dog is fully vaccinated or due a booster, please check with your vet.

Symptoms may include:
Severe lethargy or weakness
Loss of appetite
Vomiting
Severe diarrhea (often bloody and foul-smelling)
Fever (or sometimes a low body temperature)
Dehydration
Weight loss
Abdominal pain

Canine parvovirus is highly contagious and can be particularly serious for puppies and unvaccinated dogs. By taking these simple precautions, we can all help reduce the risk of the virus spreading and keep our dog park a safe place for everyone.
