Well I thought I’d had an ‘easy start’ to the school hols averaging 5 visits before work and 2-3 in the evening after work but I did 41 visits!

Ker-ching!!! £41 for the Freddie’s Cat Rescue & Rehoming cash pot!!

This week it steps up… next week I can’t even think about it 😂 why do you all go away the same two weeks?

I’m just joking I don’t over commit - well, not often 🙄

As many of you will know I’ve been a volunteer for Freddie’s Cat Rescue & Rehoming since I adopted one of their kittens last year.

I can’t do as much for them as I would like, I’ve had to prioritise personal things recently but I’m still in touch and can see they are struggling at the moment

I’ve decided to donate £1 from every visit I do over the school holiday period (20/7 to 31/8) to Freddies to help them out.

If anyone would like to chip in their details are below. They also need fosterers, drivers who could help collecting donations and also donations of tombola/car boot items

A day in the life of…

5.30am, wake and have a cuppa, whizz up a protein shake (Purition whole food apricot one with a gut bio power in too, almond milk) and hit the road

Just 3 morning kitty visits…

Trip to Lidl, put away shopping, pack my lunch for work (2 meals), hang out some washing, feed the compost bin, empty the house bin, wash the dishes

Shower, make myself look semi-presentable and off to ‘work’ for 8 hours

2 kitty visits tonight.

I’m taking it easy this week

Asleep by 9.30pm 😴

I’m taking a break!

Before the summer holidays start I’m heading off for a few days holiday tomorrow so I’ve been busy today:

Contact clients who drop off keys to remind them ✅
Contact clients whose keys I’ll need to pick up for the following week ✅
Pack my laptop so I can catch up on some accounting while away ✅
Pack my diary because of course I’ll be answering messages ✅
Ironing and packing ✅
Lists ✅✅✅

Oh and finally deep clean the house because I’ve got a cat sitter coming in 😂

Today is special!! I literally can’t remember the last time this happened 😳

No visits today. Not one…

Clients over the weekend then off for a few days break before the kids break up and you all make me very very busy 😅

Today I didn’t have to set an alarm, leave the house, do anything at all. Priceless
