🐾 PAYMENT REMINDER 🐾
I really don't like having to post this, but unfortunately I still have to chase payments after dogs have been collected.
From now on, ALL payments must be made BEFORE collection.
When I message to let you know your dog is ready, please: 💗 Pay by bank transfer before you arrive, or 💗 Bring cash with you when you collect.
Most of my clients are amazing and pay straight away, and I'm so grateful for that. However, I still have to chase a small number of payments, and on occasion I'm left waiting days with no communication at all.
As a small business, this isn't fair and it's not something I should have to do.
This applies to everyone, and I really appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Lesson learned today!
£90 appointment..for 2 new dogs booked in for 9.30am..(working a day i had actually booked off for myself)..cancelled at 9.31am!
As you can imagine i am not happy.
I have never asked for deposits in the 4 years that I have been open but it will be a requirement from now on.
