This past week with Pancake has been amazing – what a loving and kind cat he is 🥹 I've been administering his medication twice a day, and he's been an absolute champion at taking it. We've had lots of cuddles and playtime, and I'll definitely miss these adorable head boops every morning and evening 😻

Throughout every visit, I kept his owner updated with photos and detailed reports on his medication, appetite, behaviour and overall wellbeing. I know how reassuring it is to know your pet is happy, healthy, and in safe hands while you're away, so I always make communication a priority 💚

It only took one visit to earn lovely Buddy's trust. With some gentle reassurance and calm body language, he slowly started to come over for treats. Before long, we were having cuddles and had become the best of friends 😻
