Going away on holiday but don't want to stress your beloved pets out by putting them in kennels/catteries? Or just need someone to pop in to feed your pets if you are out? Or maybe just need someone to walk your dog for you? Christie's Pet Care Services offer an array of services:

- Dog walking - 30 minute walks and 1 hour walks available. All
walks will be around your lo

cal area. 30 minute walks
are only available in the Felixstowe area.

- Cat visits - I will visit your home for 30 minutes in which I will feed,
give fresh water, clean litter trays and make sure your
cats are happy.

- Dog visits - I will visit your home for 30 minutes in which I will
feed, give fresh water, toilet breaks, fuss & play time!

- Day sitting - If you are working all day or are having a family day
out and do not want to leave your pets home all day
I will come to your home and sit with them to keep
them company. This will include, feeding, fresh water,
toilet breaks, fuss, play time and walks for dogs! Overnight stays - I will stay in your home and follow your daily routine for your pet/s. I will feed, give fresh water, toilet breaks, cuddles, play time and walks for dogs. With experience of all animals, the big, the small, the creepy and the cute you can be rest assured your beloved pets will get all the love and care they require from me! It's really sad and infuriating that I've just seen somebody put on a local page that they've seen at least 4 people walking dogs today at lunchtime when it's 32 degrees in the full sun on pavements!! 😭
When will people learn!? I'm sorry but you shouldn't have to be reminded that it's too hot to walk your dogs, if you do need reminding each year then you shouldn't have a dog.
A dog won't die from missing a walk or waiting till the evening when it's cooler to go for a walk, sun stroke can and will kill 😢

Due to the heatwave, I will not be walking dogs if the temperature is over 23 degrees. Instead of the walking, it will be replaced with a 1hr visit in your home, this will include: taking out in the garden for toilet breaks, ensuring they have fresh water, playtime and lots of fuss. 🐾

Be mindful if you walk over the Orwell country park, he also walks his dogs over Landseer park apparently so please bewa...

I'm horrified to still be seeing posts on Facebook about people walking their dogs in this heat! 😢 Please, walk them early morning or late evening, it doesn't matter if they miss a walk in this weather, its not worth risking the heat stroke 🐾 Cool mats, curtains/blinds shut, fresh water throughout the day and a frozen Kong with yummy treats inside is the best thing to do to help keep them cool. Same applies for cats 🐈
