How can we help your pooch beat the heat this summer?☀️
We have a wide range of summer stock available in reception. From cooling toys, doggy ice creams and lolly pops, to cool mats and sprinkle pads. You don't have to be a customer or have a booking with us to be able to stop by and have a look. 🍦
Our grooming salon can also help. Doggies who can have their fur cut can have a summer trim and style to help keep their coat short and manageable in the heat. For other doggies like labs and German Shepherds, we can offer deshedding sessions which help to remove any built up dead fur stuck in their coat, allowing them to regulate their body temperature better 🛁
If you see an item you like and want put aside or if you might like to get your pooch booked in for a summer pamper, then get in touch now!
With tick season upon us, we are offering tick screening appointments for all day care dogs (this service is included in grooming appointments). These appointments can be carried out whilst your doggy is booked into Creche.
It includes a full body screening and removal or any and all ticks (where we can safely do so).
Ticks can often hide in the most concealed spots on dogs and they can cause a range of illnesses if left attached for too long.
These screens only cost £3.50, which just covers the time of a staff member to take your doggy out of Creche and complete an in depth body search.

Welcome to our page and to our Luxury Dog Daycare Creche, in Ipswich Suffolk. We have been awarded 4 Stars by Environmental Health (the best you can get!) and we are Vet Approved.
Ipswich Dog Daycare Creche is owned and run by Clare, (or ‘Aunty Clare’) and her husband Danny Holmes. Clare is a ‘Yorkshire lass’ hailing from Wakefield, and her ex Household Cavalry husband, Danny, is from London.
Both have owned and loved dogs for many years. Their breed of choice is the English Bull Terrier, and are they are both currently owned by Mr Moo, a soppy 9 year old white bully with black ears!
We operate a ‘pack’ creche environment with the dogs being un-kennelled and playing freely together. Dogs, are by nature, sociable and pack animals. They tend to love company, and if they are left for exceptionally long periods of time alone they can become distressed, un-happy and destructive through boredom.
At our paw-some creche your dogs will mix and engage with different breeds, ages and sizes. So in order to ensure their suitability for creche if they are over six months they must have a ‘Temperament Test’. This process take about 20 minutes and includes a tour of the facilities and creche. It is also free of charge. We want you to be uber happy with us, and love us as much as all our other furry clients do!
Once your dog has passed his test, we may advise a half day ‘trial’ to see how your dog gets on at creche. Its more of an ‘easing in’ session, allowing them to find their doggy paws and see if creche life really is for them or not. We 100% understand that creche may not be suitable for all dogs, which is why we test them and why we have a high failure rate too! We are super choosy who can come as we really want them to enjoy their play days and be super chilled.
Once your dog has settled in they will soon be enjoying lots of play and activities along with their new found buddies. We have oodles of toys, games, paddling pools and sand pits. Climbing frames, tunnels and agility toys. We also have our own ‘Snoozy Den’ for chilling out in.
We structure your dogs day, with high energy play and activities throughout the morning, and a more chilled slower pace in the afternoon. Once your dog has been coming for a while they will soon find their own ‘groove’ and understand the routine. Dogs are collected at the end of the day feeling both tired and content. You will soon realise the benefit of creche when your pooch goes home, eats dinner and chills! A creche dog is a happy dog and we really are a place ‘Where Dogs Love To Be’.

New for Autumn 2020 is our new Canine Grooming Salon & Spa - ‘Dollys’. Named after Clare & Danny's first English Bull Terrier. Dolly passed away at the ripe old age of 14, and gave the family many years of fun and love. Its only fitting that the new Spa should be named after her. After all ‘Mr Moo’ is on the company logo!
Customers will be able to book their dog in for a ‘DOLLY DASH EXPRESS’, a ‘DOLLY DASH, or a ‘FULL DOLLY’, depending on your dogs requirements, breed and coat type.
