This is introductory to get them used to grooming! It includes a bath and dry, brushing, nail trimming and a trim up of the face, feet, and hygiene areas. Nail Trimming

Bath and Dry
Sometimes, all that is needed between cutting and styling is a brush and a bath. It can be a good idea to send your dog to the groomers for this, as it helps the dog to become used to the grooming environment, especially from a young age. We also have a range of natural, organic shampoos which is ideal for dogs with skin problems. Handstripping

Natural Flea Baths
Flea Baths are also available at only £3 extra.The flea shampoo used has been specially formulated as a natural anti-flea and tick application. The shampoo can be used on puppies over 12 weeks, bi***es in whelp and can also be used in conjunction with Frontline treatments. I don’t accept dogs who already have fleas, although if they have them, I charge an extra £10 as I have to fumigate the parlour. Golden Oldie Groom
� I have an Adaptil spray which is perfect for reducing stress and is recommended by vets. Adaptil is the synthetic copy of the natural dog appeasing pheromone released by the mother dog 2-3 days after giving birth. This pheromone comforts and supports her puppies, giving them the confidence to explore the outside world. This dog appeasing pheromone has been proven to have a comforting effect on both puppies and adult dogs during stressful situations.
� The groom will be on a one to one basis so there are no other people or dogs to distract or stress them out.
� The parlour will be kept extra warm, with blankets available to snuggle on before/after the groom.
� I’ll allocate more time than a standard groom so breaks can be given if needed. I really believe talking to the dog and constantly reassuring them really helps!
� No dog will ever be pushed to do something that stresses them out. My policy is ‘humanity before vanity’ even if that means the groom has to be stopped, or they have to be sent home damp until they are used to the dryer. In most cases, it is better for the dog to be groomed without the owner present, although in some cases if the dog is happier with the owner present then il always advocate for the owner the stay. It’s no extra charge, just let me know when booking if you’re dog is elderly or nervous and I will do all I can to accommodate them �
Please note, I see so so many different dogs, and Iv really got used to which dogs struggle with being groomed and who are genuinely afraid and those that are very well behaved, but might not want to come for a groom! I will always let you know if I think your dog is unhappy, so please don’t worry when leaving them with me �
