This is quite normal, and doesn't necessarily present any health issues, as they should be exercising less and spending more time resting to avoid overheating.

At this time of year, it’s often best to offer their meals at the coolest parts of the day, in the early morning or late evening. Hydration is also key, so always make sure they have plenty of fresh water to drink. 💧
