🐶 let’s talk about no shows 🐶

I have had a few no shows recently and you might think it doesn’t matter about not letting me know, but this has a big impact on a small business as I have people waiting for cancellations.

I understand that things do crop up, but it doesn’t take longer than a minute to send a quick message, or to leave me a voicemail.

It’s no good messaging me a few hours after your appointment, I need to know before hand.

I allow a grace of 10 minutes, any later is classed as a no show as I will not have the time to complete the groom if I have dogs booked in after you, so if your running late please let me know.

If you are a no show I am more than happy to book you in again, but will require payment up front.

Thank you for keeping me busy and supporting me😊 I appreciate every one of you.
