I am unseasonally busy! Maybe you are all very fed up of wet dogs! I currently need at least two weeks notice for appointments. I'm as always very greatful for your custom and don't want anyone to be disappointed.

Good morning and happy Wednesday!

Today, I sadly bring news that nobody wants to hear. As of 1st February, we will be increasing our prices across all of our services.

We have not had a price increase since April 2024, and the last two increases were only £1 for most breeds.

Please see the attached price list for 2026, which we still believe offers amazing value for money. You’ll also notice that we have not increased the price of our Puppy Pampers, as we are passionate about the benefits of exposing puppies to grooming early.

As always, there will be benefits for regular customers, those who book at the time of grooming, and households with multiple dogs. Our ethos is to benefit those who use our services regularly and who help keep their dogs’ coats in great condition.

I still believe our prices are very competitive and that we go above and beyond to meet your needs as a client — and, of course, your dog’s needs too.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your custom and support in 2025, and I look forward to another year covered in dog hair 🐾

Thank Frankie it's Friday!! Frankie came in for his regular groom today, he had his bath with our favourite autumn scent, Groomers Hocus Pocus, which was fresh in today and he left smelling divine!

A tale of two Shih tzus!
We have this old chair in the salon, we lunch on it, we rest on it, we write on it and we pile towels on it. The boy dogs occasionally wee up it but on the whole the dogs never sit on it except for Bertie and Daisy! Bertie and Daisy do not know each other but they are both Shih tuzs and they are both gold and white. Now that is a weird coincidence! Happy Friday and have a lovely weekend!
