A little reminder from me 🐾

There genuinely is no such thing as a silly question in this shop.

If you’re unsure about supplements, ask.
If you don’t know what to add to make a food complete, ask.
If you want a non-smelly treat because your car or living room already smells enough like dog 😅… ask.
If your vet has recommended a raw bone for teeth cleaning but you don’t raw feed, ask.
If all the brands feel overwhelming and you don’t know where to start… honestly, ask.

I never find it annoying. Ever. I'm a human before a business owner.

One of my favourite parts of being here is helping people work out what’s right for THEIR dog — whether that’s full raw feeding, adding a few natural bits in, better chews, supplements, bones, or just understanding labels a bit more.

Every dog and every owner is different.

And as the shop gets busier and busier, I’m quietly very grateful for how many of you have trusted advice.
Seeing dogs thrive, hearing your updates, and getting recommendations from happy owners genuinely means the world to me 🐶

Time to win a treat 🐾😅

The raw deliveries have been flying in, I’ve finally had a super organised moment and done a huge treat order… which of course includes FIVE brand new treats because you know me — I cannot leave things alone and always need something new 👀😂

There’s also a restock of 20 different bits on the way, so woohoo for bursting treat shelves!

Next week is looking exciting too… I’ve got one new raw range coming in, and potentially another one to follow. We might have TWO new ranges landing next week… who knows 👀🐶

But honestly, amongst all the deliveries and chaos, this week quietly reminded me just how much I love this town and this little community we’ve built.

I’ve done over 150 boxes of raw on delivery this week, and it blows my mind when I stop and think we originally opened with just four small freezers. That’s actually crazy.

Frontage Update 🐾

We’ve had a bit of a move and a refresh recently, and it’s all starting to come together now.

Branding is going up this week which I’m really excited about 👀

If you’ve not popped by yet, come and have a look – everything’s clean, stocked up, and ready to go.

Also just to say, you may sometimes see boxes outside the shop labelled FREE – these are put out intentionally for anyone who needs them (especially for moving/packing) and they usually get taken pretty quickly.

I’ve recently moved myself with three kids, so I know how helpful things like that can be. They don’t cost me anything, so I’d much rather they go to good use than be thrown away 👍

These two turned ONE 🐾🎉

Brother and sister, both on Cotswold RAW, and they popped in for a visit in front of their favourite freezer 😍

Their owners weren’t sure how they’d be coming into town and into the shop for the first time… but honestly, they did sooo well. It can be a lot for some dogs — new smells, new sounds, new everything — and that’s completely okay.

Some will be confident, some a bit unsure, some just very excited… that’s all part of it 🤍🐶

Also… I’ve got some new raw brands in at the moment 👀
3 new brands; one totally brand new on the market, so different options — not all things I usually stock and very limited, so I’d genuinely love for you guys to come in, try them, and let me know what you think. There might be a few shake-ups coming to the raw section… 👀🩵 🐾

The Frenchie squad popped back in again… and honestly I just love seeing familiar faces settling into the new space 🐾

Moving here has meant more room, everything up and on display, and (my personal favourite) parking right outside. It’s funny because there isn’t loads of “new” stuff — it’s just that you can actually SEE everything now… which makes such a difference!

I’ve had so many lovely comments about the shop already, the red shutters, the calm feel, and even people recognising the “Dog happiness starts here” sign from the old shop — which made me smile more than you know. 😊

There’s still lots to come:
• The shop front design is being looked at
• The hatch window (yes… plans are forming 👀🍦🐶)
• Accessories restocks (last few sizes in the waterproof coats!)
• And continuing to build out the space

So… I’d actually love your input: What would you like to see more of next? Accessories? Coats? More pick-a-mix treats? Supplements? Something totally different?

Also, a little ask — if you’ve visited the new shop and loved it, Google reviews really help people (especially tourists) find us. Last year there was a lot of “I wish I’d known you were here", so every review genuinely makes a difference. 💛

The outside is starting to come together… and I’m so excited for this week already! ❤️

With the new red shutters now up, the canopy is next — which means signage plans here we come! It’s all starting to feel very real, and I absolutely love how much excitement there is about the new space down on the prom.

In the meantime… today’s highlight had to be this one 😂

A long-standing customer who, for the FIRST time ever, helped himself to a treat… and not just any treat — straight in for a hairy red deer leg with the hoof still intact. Bold choice and zero hesitation. I love it.

And speaking of treats… swipe to see the treat bar.

I keep saying it, but I am SO excited about this pick-&-mix. Fully stocked, everything from Anco is here, and it’s looking very tempting (for the dogs… obviously).

Lots happening, lots to come, and thank you again for all the word of mouth — if you’re sending people my way, just tell them to look for the red shop on the prom until the branding goes up.

It’s all happening outside tomorrow! 😄☀️

We’ve got new shutters being fitted and the canopy roof being done, which means we can finally start seeing the finished look and deciding on the shop signage… how exciting! 🥳✨

There will be scaffolding up while the work’s being done, but the shop will still be open as normal — so please don’t let it put you off popping in. I promise we’re still here behind the chaos! 🐾

Sorry in advance for any disruption, and thank you so much for all the continued love, support and enthusiasm for the new space. It really does already feel calmer, and I can’t wait for you all to see it come together. 🩵

Holiday pups doing it right 🐾

These two gorgeous brother and sister Rottweilers are down here on holiday and popped in to choose their raw for the week… and they took their job very seriously 😍

After picking their meals, mum let them choose a treat each — and they both went straight for Anco roots, which have been so popular lately. Clearly they know a good chew when they see one!

It’s a busy rest of the week here too. Durham’s landed this morning, Naturaw is arriving this afternoon, and we’ve also got Anco coming in.

On the list next is Wilder and Paleo Ridge — lots of favourites being restocked and more exciting bits heading onto the shelves.

Plenty happening… watch this space 👀🐶

It’s happening! 🐾

Here’s your first peek at the new home for Coastal Canine Cuisine…

From Tuesday, you’ll find me at:
📍 10 Belgrave Promenade 🌊🐶

There’ll still be signage up at the High Street shop for a little while to point everyone in the right direction, so don’t worry — you won’t lose me!

Some of the new space will be a bit of a work in progress at first. I’ll be bringing the sign down, repainting, stencilling, and generally making it feel like “us” — so please excuse a bit of organised chaos whilst we redo the frontage with the owners 🩵

I’ve already had a few lovely customers knocking on the window for a sneak peek today, which has been really cute… and honestly, the excitement is building already 🤍

I’m moving house tomorrow and then getting everything ready, so doors open Tuesday at the new location — come and say hello!
