Dog groomer based in a home but professional setting in Slaithwaite EST 2013. All breeds catered for Pennine Grooming offers an extensive pet grooming service.

Specialising in Dogs and Cats but also small animals. Any personal preference for your pet will be undertaken from a bath trim and tidy up to a full clip. Any coat type/ skin condition/ size of animal or even just nail clipping available. Lynsey has owned dogs, cats and horses most of her life and has many years experience of pet care. We are fully insured for 3rd party liablility which also cover

s your pet if there is any unfortunate accident while they are in our care. We do take every precaution to protect your pet from any incidents, but being animals unfortunately accidents can happen. Lynsey works in a Boarding Kennel environment but now specialized in Dog grooming. You can be sure your pet will be in caring capable hands. Collection service available on request. Leo … and his extra dog’s worth of undercoat… and his owner brushes him a lot too. He’s a little poser, who I believe gets excited with the mention of coming to see his Aunty Lynsey…. In fact, I’ve seen video evidence. It’s nice to know sone dogs love coming.

Rodney popped in for his first big boy groom! No bath as I like to keep it simple when the youngsters come in and make it an e joyable experience. Rodney took to it so we’ll, he had a chill and a bit of a lay down while I got sone pics! He’s a proper little dude and very welcome again! See you next time Rodney you little star 🌟

Annie came in for her first groom, on her birthday and I was told she probs wouldn’t accept being dried. I tried it a very steady way and she actually looked like she was enjoying it. Such a good girl! 🐶🐾

Gorgeous 15 month old Bear was top of tge class this morning when he came in for his first visit and puppy introduction session! He was very reluctant to come in to start with but once in the grooming room he took everything in his stride. He let me hold his feet to check his nails, he heard the clippers, had a brush and a comb, drank the water from the hose in the bath then felt the hair dryer on him. At first he thought he was in danger, then sat there in acceptance that actually it was quite nice.

Puppy intro sessions are so useful to get your dog into the idea of being groomed and so worth doing at a young age. Plus I love seeing your gorgeous new dogs coming I . See you next time Bear 🐶🐾❤️

The horse doesn’t look very friendly, but he was given to me months ago as he resembled my big chestnut welsh horse…. Not realising then what would happen a few short months later. Don’t feel you have to use the tip box, but any little help towards the £1332.27 vet bill and would be greatly received. Thank you to those who have already left tips. For those that want to help, I could possibly set up a ‘go fund me’…. I just feel a bit cheeky, but I’ve lost my mum who would have helped, my dad’s in assisted living… so he can’t help and I paid a lot to have my dog PTS and cremated only 6 months ago. I appreciate any little help now….. I’m not built for only fans! 🫣

A lovely morning grooming Toto and Ollie with the company of their lovely owner Zoe.

I’ve been asked quite a few times recently and my answer is Yes, I do allow customers to stay if they like and if it helps the dogs.

Most dogs are fine and don’t need an extra hand. Today’s didn’t either but Zoe is a friend who heads over from Manchester so we have a good catch up too. ❤️🐶🐾

Elsie is just here to say that Pennine Grooming’s aunty Lynsey is back at work now and grooming all us doggy’s again. She is a tough cookie really just loves her animals more than life itself, like she loves us too. Being with us animals, even when we are cheeky, is where she loves to be so if you want to get in touch, she is ready to make us dapper dogs again.

P.s. I was a very good girl for her last week when I met her for the first time. I already know how much of a softy she is and just look how cute she made me look. 🐶🐾🐩

P.p.s…. I was a bit shy for my picture taking but I was brave the whole time too
