The Duck's Resilience
Upon the pond, a calm facade,
A feathered friend, serene and glad.
Yet beneath the surface, unseen,
A flurry of legs, a tireless scene.
Like waves that crash, and winds that blow,
Life's trials come, a constant flow.
But the duck, it dances on through,
Shaking off the worries, fresh and new.
No matter what the day may bring,
A gentle grace, the duck will swing.
From muddy banks to ocean's swell,
Resilience blooms, a vibrant spell.
So let us learn from the feathered friend,
To find our calm, and not to bend.
Embrace the waves, the sun, the rain,
And rise again, and rise again.

Esme and Millie demonstrating the importance of horses having a choice ;the stable doors were open but they chose to have a siesta out of the sun. Which also shows how important it is to make the right choice…. This can be tricky for us humans some times However I think you will an agree some time out of the heat was a good one for this pair.

Hot weather horse enrichment was the name of the game here today at Equine Spirit , ice sensory trays with hidden treats to encourage foraging, problem solving and using there super senses with the added bonus of cooling down .
Apple bobbing to encourage more water intake and a tasty carrot puzzle treat .
